This is not a Conference.
___________________________________________
With the absence of lengthy speeches and audio-visual presentations, this is different.  Our Forums are invitation only for a peer-recognized group of accomplished litigators.  Everyone participates in a roundtable discussion centered around today’s issues and tomorrow’s challenges.

SHARE YOUR
IDEAS

The discussion based format of the Forum allows you to voice your opinion and collaborate on solutions amongst leading lawyers from the Plaintiffs' bar who specialize in litigating consumer-oriented food law and food mislabeling matters.  This is a hub for new ideas and approaches. Expect to challenge and be challenged on your thinking.

PROGRAM FORMAT AND WHY IT'S UNIQUE...
  • There is a maximum of 48 places available in total, therefore creating an ideal environment for referrals and networking
  • Participants are leading Plaintiffs' Class Action lawyers, personally selected by the Steering Committee based on their experience and specialization in litigating consumer-oriented food law and food mislabeling matters..
  • There will be no ‘talking heads’ or PowerPoint presentations, as the Sessions are discussion based and moderated by members of the Steering Committee.
PROGRAM ATMOSPHERE...
  • This is an intense day-and-a-half of meetings. The five 80-minute Sessions, which are moderated by Members of the Steering Committee, are an interactive opportunity for a deep dive within complex issues.
  • A hollow square, for a maximum of 48 people, provides a level playing field.
  • The Steering Committee personally select all participants to ensure a high level discussion.
  • The receptions and dinners provide an ideal environment for referrals and networking.
  • This is not a "holiday" type program. Significant others or guests do not participate in the social events, meals, or during the Sessions at the Forum.
THE CHATHAM HOUSE RULE...
To preserve the integrity of the discussions and encourage shared experiences, the Sessions are convened under the Chatham House Rule which provides a powerful "behind closed doors" atmosphere.

"When a meeting, or part thereof, is held under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed".
"The Forum is a conversation with an elite group on the forefront of the issues.  Hearing about others’ successes and failures, i.e. what worked and what didn’t, and the fact the format is interactive was invaluable."
